Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer is only eligible for Debit Card transactions only (POS, online & contactless transactions). ATM & UPI transactions will not be considered. Only valid for new accounts opened
2. Get Voucher of  Rs.500* on 3 Transactions of Minimum Rs.500 each and  Rs.750*on 5 or more Transactions of Minimum  Rs. 500 each on your HDFC Bank Debit Card.
3. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer eligible on HDFC Bank Debit Card. Offer is not applicable in case of any return / partial cancellations. 
4. Voucher for this offer will be shared with all winners on their bank registered email address only, within 90 -120 days post the end of promo month on a best effort basis.
For e.g. for promotional offer done in month of Oct 2024, voucher will be shared with all eligible winners on or before 31st Jan 2025 on best effort basis.
5. Any queries/ complaints regarding the offer to be raised only after the end of TAT for Voucher fulfilment of 90 days.
6. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 90 -120 days from offer fulfilment date. Post this, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholders.
7. Offer valid for all HDFC Bank Debit Cards apart from Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards. ATM withdrawals will not be considered for the offer.
8. Only approved and validated spend/ transaction / payment / purchase made using HDFC Bank Debit Card shall be eligible for the voucher. Cancelled / Returned Transactions shall not be eligible for this voucher-based offer. No Offer clubbing shall be permitted.
9. Following purchases or payments shall not be considered for the promotional Voucher offer
     - Investment/Insurance products
     - Loading of wallets or Payments through wallets
     - Credit card bill payments
     - International transactions 
     - Cash on Delivery
     - Forex booking, Betting and Gambling based transactions.
     - Funds transfer to another account using Debit Card. 
     - Any fraudulent transaction
10. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
11. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that June arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift cashbacks availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.
12. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that June be caused in delivery of the services.
13. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
14. In case of delay in issuance of eligible Voucher if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & do the fulfilment within 2-3 working days if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.
15. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
16. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
17. Valid for Indian Citizens and residents only.
18. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
19. Wallet Loads transactions (Including Payzapp Wallet Load) will be excluded from all programs.
20. Categories tagging for winner evaluation will be considered as mentioned by VISA / MasterCard.
21. Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar schemes/offers.
22. HDFC Bank Debit Card Holders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on ‘best effort’ basis.
23. This offer is non-transferable to any other person.
24. Any person who is qualified for this offer will not be considered for any welcome benefit offer.
25. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer eligible on HDFC Bank Debit Card (If customer is eligible for two offers from HDFC Bank, offer with higher reward will be given)
