2. This offer is valid only for users booking a domestic flight
3. For domestic flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g, insurance)
4. Customer has to apply coupon code at the time of booking to avail this offer
5. The offer will remain valid on domestic flights, from 1st July’23 till 30th June'24.
6. This offer is valid on payment made through HDFC Bank Net banking
7. The offer is valid for 3 bookings per HDFC bank account throughout the offer period
8. Offer is not applicable on payments made through ixigo money, 3rd party wallets, net banking payments
9. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer available on ixigo
10. In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount
11. If the Customer cancels the flight after the discount amount is availed, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply
12. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
13. ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events
14. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
15. In no event the entire liability of ixigo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
16. ixigo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
17. User Agreement and Privacy Policy at ixigo website shall apply
18. Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
19. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
20. If promo code is mentioned as part of the communication (please refer Offer details tab) then customer has to use the code to avail the offer; in case the code is not used Discount/ CashBack cannot be credited back to customer at a later date.
21. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
