1. Access to the lounge will be upon successful authorization of the forex card on the electronic terminals placed at the lounges.
2. Customer can avail this service for 2 times per quarter.

• The said validity will be at the sole discretion of HDFC Bank.
• The access to the lounge will be available on a first come first serve basis and due to covid some lounges may operate only on takeaway option with limited/no seating, this is to adhere to the covid 19 protocols.
• Participating Lounges may reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours). This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator who may impose a charge for extended stays.
• Before extending access, name of traveller on the card will be matched with the name on the Boarding pass/Ticket, to ensure access is being availed by the entitled cardholder.
• The provision of free alcoholic drinks (wherever local law permits) is at the discretion of each participating Lounge operator and in some cases may be limited. Eligible customer should make prior inquiries before ordering any separate alcoholic drinks apart from the general free flow offered and will be responsible for paying any charges for additional consumption direct to the participating lounge.
• Lounge staff are responsible to check the Eligibility to extend the lounge access and will record the usage via a specified System.
• Each lounge follows its food offerings and child policy, please check with the lounge before entry.
• Lounge staff has the right to terminate the lounge visit early or to refuse entry to any Customer who is intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly fashion or is otherwise in violation of the lounge conditions and for any statutory, regulatory, or airport/railways policy reasons including but not limited to health and safety policies or fire safety regulations.
• The program can be modified, amended, changed or revoked anytime by the Bank without prior intimation.

Definitions: 

• (Equivalent in other currencies) in accordance with the Offer terms and conditions as mentioned above. 
  “Cardholder(s)" or “Customer(s)" shall mean a customer of HDFC Bank (existing & new customers), to whom the facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card. 
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the standard terms and conditions applicable to HDFC Bank Prepaid Forex cards, applicable to your specific variants. 

• “Dreamfolks ID and PIN” is a code that will be shared by HDFC Bank, within 30 working days from the transaction date, on the customers registered email ID or mobile number to be used to redeem the Lounge Access as per the eligibility as mentioned in the offer details.  
• “Forex rate”/ “Transaction rate” / “Conversion rate” is an exchange rate (also known as a foreign-exchange rate) between two currencies. It is the rate at which one currency will be exchanged for another. It is also regarded as the value of one country's currency in terms of another currency.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction made by using the Card has been cancelled by the merchant establishment prior to settlement with HDFC Bank. 

Terms & conditions prescribed by HDFC Bank: 

• Dreamfolks (bank’s associate partner) which is a limited company incorporated under the laws of India and is authorized by HDFC Bank to issue such voucher code. 
• If a Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder, at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardholder. 
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customers due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customers. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customers. 
• In case a Cardholder refunds or cancels or rejection any load transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the voucher, then the Cardholder shall no more be eligible for the Dreamfolks ID and PIN. 
• In case of difference between authorized transactions and settled transactions, authorized amount will be considered. 
• In the event any alternative voucher is offered, selection of the same shall be at the sole discretion of HDFC Bank. 
• HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude Cardholder from the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card. 
• No queries shall be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Offer Period. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Voucher shall in no event constitute a claim against HDFC Bank.
• Under no circumstance will the validity of any Voucher(s) will be extended, new Vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Cards/Vouchers. 
• HDFC Bank will not be responsible for the products purchased while using the vouchers and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. 
• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. 
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. 
• All communication/notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed to the nearest HDFC Bank branch. 
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of HDFC Bank shall be final and binding in all respects. 
• The Offer is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such promotion cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. 
• These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Primary
• HDFC Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the Terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. HDFC Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. 
• Cardholder/Customer will solely responsible for the safety and security of the Voucher(s).
• HDFC Bank and its associate partners will not be responsible for any acts of omission or commission if the Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission. 
• These terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall be applicable to the HDFC Bank ForexPlus Cardholder participating in the Program who agrees to be bound by the same and shall regulate the provisions of the specified products and services provided by the HDFC Bank. Any cardholder participating in the Offer/Campaign shall be deemed have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and these terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable terms and conditions of any account or any other facility/services offered by the HDFC Bank and/or such other terms and conditions as may be specified by the HDFC Bank.
• This offer is non-encashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
• This offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
• All valid spends transactions will be eligible for the offer. HDFC Bank will not be responsible for invalid transactions.
• To be eligible for the offer, Cardholder is required to satisfy the condition mentioned in the offer post receipt of the communication.  
• Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other schemes/offers.
• Above offer is by way of a special offer for HDFC Bank ForexPlus Card members only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card Members Agreement.
• Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Mumbai (India) irrespective of whether Courts in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HDFC Bank.
• HDFC Bank is not responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that a Cardholder may suffer, sustain or incur due to the offer.
• HDFC Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or for any personal injury that may be suffered, by a HDFC Bank Debit Card member, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services availed of under this offer
• HDFC Bank reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer whether similar to above or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• All decisions by HDFC Bank regarding selection of winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this connection.
• HDFC Bank is not liable for any delay, non-delivery or shortfall or deficiency or unsatisfactory service/product provided by any participating parties/sponsors.
• Nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect.
