-1) This Contest is only for those customers who were sent exclusive communication from the Bank via emailers or push notifications

2) Transaction must be made from the customer id mentioned in communication sent by the Bank (Emailer/ Push notification)

3) Make atleast one transaction of Rs 3,000  to be eligible for the contest

4) Transaction can be made in any category except Stock Broking, Mutual Funds and Credit card bill payments

5) Spend made via HDFC Bank NetBanking from 1st February 2025 to 28th February 2025, would be considered for the contest

6) Top 10,000 winners by spends will win a voucher

7) Winners will receive communication from the Bank and/or partnered vendor with voucher redemption link and promo code

8) Voucher winners will be selected basis the eligibility criteria mentioned in the above points and is at the sole discretion of the Bank

9) Vouchers would be sent to winners within 90 days of the contest end date i.e before 1st June, 2025

10) Transaction using NEFT,RTGS,Debit Card ,Credit Card ,UPI will not be Qualified for the Voucher

11) HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether

12) HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if customer’s transaction fails due to technical issue

13) The transaction date registered in HDFC bank’s system would be considered final for offer

14) All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Chennai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction

15) Please raise any query pertaining to the offer within 60 days from the offer fulfilment date to HDFC Bank. Any queries post this period, will not be considered
