    1. Campaign Period: The offer is valid from December 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025 (Both dates included).
    2. Criteria for Qualifying Transactions: Register and perform Contactless (Tap n Pay) transactions above ?200 using your Mastercard debit card during the offer period.
    3. Rewards Structure:
    3.1.Cardholders earn rewards based on the number of Qualifying Transactions completed within a calendar month:
    3.1.1. Level 1: Cardholder needs to make a minimum of 6 (six) Qualifying Transactions on an Eligible Card in a calendar month within the Offer Period to be eligible for Level 1 Voucher of Rs. 150 
    3.1.2. Level 2:  Cardholder who has availed the Level 1 Voucher in a preceding month, needs to make a minimum of 10 (ten) Qualifying Transactions in any subsequent calendar month in the Offer Period (i.e. a calendar month in the Offer Period after the month when the Cardholder [availed OR qualified] for the Level 1 Voucher), to be eligible to avail the Level 2 Voucher of Rs. 250
    3.1.3. Level 3: Cardholder who have availed the Level 1 Voucher and Level 2 Voucher in preceding months, needs to make a minimum of 14 (fourteen) Qualifying Transactions in any subsequent calendar month within the Offer Period (i.e. a calendar month in the Offer Period after the months when the Cardholder [availed OR qualified] for the Level 1 Voucher and Level 2 Voucher), to be eligible to avail the Level 3 Voucher of Rs. 350
    3.1.4. No two levels can be achieved in the same calendar month.
    3.2.Cardholder will have to first register their card on https://mastercardcontactless.thriwe.com/ portal to be eligible for this offer
    3.3.Each level can be completed only once
    3.4.Rewards are issued sequentially; cardholders must complete one level before progressing to the next.
    3.5.Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and subject to the validity specified.
    4. Customers can tap their contactless Mastercard Debit card directly on the merchant point of sale (PoS) machine or incase if customer has registered their Mastercard Debit card for ‘Tap to Pay’ on mobile apps like Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Cred Pay, then customers can tap their mobile device on the Merchant PoS machine. Both will be considered as eligible contactless transactions if the transaction value is equal to or greater than INR 200.
    5. Only successful transactions which confirm to the above will be considered eligible. Product return, refund, cancelled or failed transactions and disputed transactions will not be considered. If an order is partially cancelled or returned, then the Cardholder will qualify for the Campaign only for the items that were not cancelled or returned and meets the eligibility criteria.
    6. Both Domestic and International contactless transactions will be eligible for voucher. 
    7. Offer is valid once per customer during the entire offer period.
    8. Only Contactless transaction are applicable for the offer.

    Eligibility & Registeration:
    1. The Campaign is open only to individuals holding Mastercard debit cards issued by HDFC Bank. 
    2. To participate, cardholders must: Register their Mastercard on https://mastercardcontactless.thriwe.com/ Portal.
    3. Complete the verification process, including a penny-drop transaction of Rs. 1
    4. Business or corporate cards, other than MasterCard cards, and transactions below Rs. 200 are not eligible.

    Voucher Redemption and Utilisation:
    1. Vouchers will be made available on the offer Portal by the 30th of the subsequent month after transaction validation.
    2. Cardholders must log in to the offer Portal to view and redeem their vouchers.
    3. Unredeemed vouchers will expire as per their respective terms and cannot be reinstated.
    4. If customers have completed necessary number of eligible contactless transactions through their HDFC Bank Mastercard Debit Card.
    5. Once the customer has redeemed the voucher from the portal, customer has to utilise withion stipulated time period metnion on voucher else it will get expired.
    6. In case customer face any issues or have queries regarding the registration or redemption process or the redemption website, customer can write to the customer care team at customer.care@thriwe.com. The team will respond back at the earliest.

    Basic Terms & Conditions
    1. Offer applicable on contactless (Tap n Pay) transactions only.
    2. Offer applicable only to HDFC Bank Mastercard Cardholders.
    3. Customers can tap their contactless Mastercard directly on the merchant point of sale (PoS) machine or incase if customer has registered their Mastercard for ‘Tap to Pay’ on mobile apps like Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Cred Pay, then customers can tap their mobile device on the Merchant PoS machine. Both will be considered as eligible contactless transactions if the transaction value is equal to or greater than INR 200.
    4. Only successful transactions which conform to the above will be considered eligible. Product return, refund, cancelled or failed transactions and disputed transactions will not be considered. If an order is partially cancelled or returned, then the Cardholder will qualify for the Campaign only for the items that were not cancelled or returned and meets the eligibility criteria.
    5. All contactless transactions (Domestic or International) will be eligible for voucher. 
    6. Offer is valid once per customer during the entire campaign period. Example: If a customer qualifies for Level 1 once, he will not qualify for Level 1 again. He can now only qualify for Level 2.
     
    Other Terms & Conditions
    1. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
    2. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift voucher availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.
    3. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
    4. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
    5. Any TAT committed with respect to receive voucher for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of fulfilment; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay.
    6. In case of delay in posting of voucher if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the mail provided at the end of this section.
    7. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
    8. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offers by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
    9. Valid for Indian Citizens and residents only.
    10. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be communicated on the email provided at the end of this section.
    11. Only those customers who have registered for the offer on the portal will be eligible for the offer, subject to fulfilment of the offer criteria. 
    12. Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar schemes/offers.
    13. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Cards Members Agreement.
    14. HDFC Bank Debit Card Holders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on ‘best effort’ basis.
    15. This offer is non-transferable to any other person.
    16. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative or substitute to the Vouchers will be provided. The validity of the Voucher starts from the procurement of the code.
    17. Mastercard, HDFC Bank and Merchants will not be responsible for any delay, loss, or damage in the delivery of the Vouchers.
     
    Bank Disclaimers
    1. No Financial Liability: Participating banks have no obligation to provide financial compensation or alternate rewards to cardholders under any circumstances.
    2. Transaction Disputes: The bank is not responsible for disputes regarding Qualifying Transactions, including technical issues, declined transactions, or merchant errors.
    3. Portal Functionality: The bank is not liable for issues related to the Offer Portal, including access, technical glitches, or incorrect voucher display.
     
    Campaign Disclaimers
    1. Mastercard & HDFC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
    2. Participating banks are not responsible for: 
    -> Changes or cancellations in the Campaign by Mastercard or the vendor.
    -> Errors in reward mapping or voucher availability caused by the vendor.
    3. Rewards are subject to merchant-specific terms and availability. Participating banks are not liable for:
    -> Non-acceptance of vouchers by merchants.
    -> Merchant disputes or service-related issues.
     
    Cardholder Obligations
    1. Cardholders must ensure their transactions meet the Campaign criteria (contactless payments above ?200 using a registered Mastercard).
    2. Any fraudulent or unauthorized activity may lead to disqualification from the Campaign.
     
    Limitation of Liability
    Participating banks, Mastercard, and the vendor are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred due to participation in the Campaign, including:
    -> Delayed or failed transactions.
    -> Unavailability or redemption of rewards.Technical or operational issues.
    -> The bank’s liability is limited solely to providing campaign details to its cardholder.
     
    Governing Law and Disputes
    1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India.
    2. Any disputes arising from the Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the city where the participating bank is headquartered.
     
    Modification and Termination
    1. Mastercard reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Campaign and its terms without prior notice.
    2. Participating banks may withdraw from the Campaign by providing notice to Mastercard.
