2. Maximum eligible voucher is Rs. 400  per customer on eligible transactions.
3. The offer is applicable on a single minimum transaction value. Cumulative transactions amounting to minimum transaction value will not be eligible for a voucher.

6. Offer valid for Domestic POS / Contacltess / Online transactions only (Not valid for International Transaction).
7. Offer not applicable on cash on delivery transactions / payment on delivery transactions.
8. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer eligible on HDFC Bank Debit Card.
9. Voucher shall be posted to customer's Debit Card linked account within 90 days from the end of qualifying campaign transaction month i.e., if the campaign transaction month is November, the voucher will be posted on or before 28th February 2025 on best effort basis.
10. Customer is required to redeem the voucher before expiry period of 1 month from the date of fulflilment.
11. The offer is not applicable on transactions using Debit Card on PayZapp, i.e., if the customer uses Debit card on PayZapp for Apparel payment, the same will not be eligible for voucher under this offer.
12. Transactions done via Smartbuy using HDFC Bank Debit Card or Debit Card EMI will not be eligible for this offer.
13. Offer valid for all HDFC Bank debit cards apart from Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards.
14. Any queries / complaints regarding the offer to be raised only after the end of TAT for voucher fulflilment of 90 days.

A. Via Mycards:
1. Click https://mycards.hdfcbank.com/
2. Login using your registered mobile number
3. Select Debit Cards
4. Click on ""Card Control""
5. Your current ""Domestic"" and ""International"" usage and respective limits will be displayed
6. Switch ""On"" for your desired feature or all of the above
7. Click ""Update Limit"" at the bottom of the page and provide OTP for authentication

B. Via Whatsapp Banking:
1. Click https://wa.me/+917070022222?text=Hi
2. Send the text “Manage my Debit Card” to the above number
3. Enter last 4 digit of Cust Id
4. Select Domestic or International Usage
5. Select from one of the following and proceed: Merchant outlet (POS), ATM Cash Withdrawal, Online (E-Commerce), Contactless (TAP) and International Usages
6. Click on Enable Limit
7. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
8. Click on yes please to modify other limits if needed

C. Via Mobile Banking:
1. Login to using your 4-digit PIN, Password or Touch ID
2. Click on ""Menu"" on top left-hand side and a panel will show up
3. Under ""PAY"" select ""Cards""
4. Choose your Debit card
5. Click on ""Show More"" and the panel would expand
6. Click on ""Customise"" link next to ""Limits and Restrictions""
7. Your current ""Domestic"" and ""International"" usage and respective limits will be displayed
8. Switch ""On"" for your desired feature or all of the above
9. Click ""Confirm"" at the bottom of the page
10. Verify your debit card details

D. Via EVA:
1. Click https://www.hdfcbank.com/?query=debit%20card%20services
2. Click on ""Manage my Debit Card""
3. Next, select any one option to proceed ahead: - ""Online (E-commerce) Transactions"" or ""International Transactions"" or ""Contactless Transactions""
4. Enter your registered 10-digit mobile number
5. You will receive an OTP, enter the same
6. Confirm the last 4 digits of your Debit Card number
7. Your current status for your desired transactions will be displayed as ""Disabled"". You can now ""Enable"" the same

E. Via PayZapp
1. Download PayZapp application from Play Store or App Store
2. Login using Mobile Number 
3. Click on ""Accounts & Cards""
4. Click on Cards
5. Select your Debit Card
6. Click on ""Payment Limits""
7. Your current ""Domestic"" and ""International"" usage and respective limits will be displayed
8. Switch ""On"" for your desired feature or all of the above
9. Click ""Save Limits"" at the bottom of the page

F. Via Net Banking
1. Login to https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking  using your Cust ID and net banking password
2. Click on ""Pay"" and Select Cards
3. Under ""Cards"" select ""Debit Cards""

12. Offer is not applicable in case of any return / cancellation of transaction. For partial cancellation offer is applicable only if the net transaction amount is more than or equal to Rs. 6000.
13. Voucher shall be posted to customer's Debit Card linked account within 90 days from the end of qualifying campaign transaction month i.e., if the campaign transaction month is November, the voucher will be posted on or before 28th February 2025 on best effort basis.
14. Customer is required to redeem the voucher before expiry period of 1 month from the date of fulflilment.
15. Turn-around-time committed with respect to fulflilment of voucher for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of fulflilment; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfillment is completed at the earliest. In case of delay in fulflilment or non-fulflilment of voucher points, if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the voucher points posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.
16. Any queries/ complaints regarding the offer to be raised only after the end of TAT for voucher fulflilment of 90 days.
17. Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional voucher Offer, may be borne by the Debit Card holder / offer winner.
18. Only approved and validated spend/ transaction / payment / purchase made using HDFC Bank Debit Card shall be eligible for the voucher. Cancelled / Returned Transactions shall not be eligible for the voucher offer.
19. No Offer clubbing shall be permitted.
20. Following purchases or payments done using HDFC Bank Debit Card shall not be considered for the promotional voucher offer.
a. Investment/Insurance products like but not limited to Insurance, Mutual Funds, Bonds, stocks, options & derivatives etc.
b. Loading of wallets / e-wallets like but not limited to PayTm, HDFC PayZapp, Google Pay, Amazon Pay etc. or Payments through wallets.
c. Credit card bill payments.
d. International transactions. I.e. Non INR POS transactions or INR transactions done in country other than India.
e. Cash on Delivery.
f. Forex booking, Betting and Gambling based transactions.
g. Funds transfer to another account using Debit Card.
h. Any fraudulent transaction.
21. HDFC Bank Debit Card transactions done on merchants dealing in Gaming, Betting and Gambling will not be eligible for this offer even if the merchant category is part of the categories considered under this offer.
22. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services/products offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/products must be resolved by the Card Holder(s) with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
23. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/services/assured gifts/gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder(s) under the said offer offered by the partner.
24. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services/products offered by the partner.
25. This Offer is made available to all the Debit Card Customer(s) of HDFC Bank except Virtual, Netsafe & ATM card customers.
26. Voucher will only be posted for live accounts. Customers closing their accounts before fulfillment date of voucher will not be eligible for voucher.
27. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
28. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
