    2. Minimum Contactless (Tap n Pay) transaction amount should be INR 300 each.

    4. Customers qualify for an Amazon India shopping voucher of INR 100 post first successful contactless transaction made within the offer period
    5. Customers qualify for another Amazon India shopping voucher of INR 200 post third successful contactless transaction made within the offer period
    6. Customers can tap their contactless Visa card directly on the merchant point of sale (PoS) machine or incase if customer has registered their Visa card for ‘Tap to Pay’ on mobile apps like Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Cred Pay, then customers can tap their mobile device on the Merchant PoS machine. Both will be considered as eligible contactless transactions if the transaction value is equal to or greater than INR 300.
    7. Only successful transactions which conform to the above will be considered eligible. Product return, refund, cancelled or failed transactions and disputed transactions will not be considered. If an order is partially cancelled or returned, then the Cardholder will qualify for the Campaign only for the items that were not cancelled or returned and meets the eligibility criteria.
    8. Only domestic contactless transactions will be eligible for voucher. Transactions done outside of India will not be considered for the offer.
    9. Offer valid from 29th April 2024 to 28th October 2024
    10. Offer is valid once per customer during the entire campaign period.

    1. If customers have completed necessary number of eligible contactless transactions through their HDFC Bank VISA Debit Card, then customer becomes qualified to claim the Amazon voucher within 15 days from the date of the last eligible contactless transaction. Customers should log into the Offer redemption website within 90 days from then to claim the voucher.
    For example, customer has done first contactless transaction for INR 300 or more on the 1st of June’24. Customer can visit the Offer redemption website anytime between 15th June’24 till 13th Sept’24 (both days included) to view and claim the voucher that they are eligible to receive.
    2. Click on the ‘Claim offer’ button or link “https://www.visa.co.in/pay-with-visa/taptopay-offer.html” that is shared on customers offer communication which could be an SMS or Email or Bank app/website banners, Social Media post/banner etc.
    3. Customer will land on Visa Tap to Pay Offer page. Customer can either click on the ‘Claim offer’ button/link or scan the QR code shown on the page.
    4. Customer will be logged into Visa Tap to Pay redemption website.
    5. Customer to enter 16-digit card number, CVV, card expiry date and your mobile number.
    6. Enter and verify the OTP that is sent to customers mobile number (No money would be deducted from your Visa Card).
    7. Now that customers have successfully authenticated, customers can see the Amazon voucher(s) that they are entitled to receive. It will have the Merchant name (Amazon), voucher amount (INR 100 or INR 200), ‘Know more’ widget that will provide the offer details and offer terms and conditions.
    8. A unique code will be displayed to customer for the voucher that you have claimed.
    9. Customer can use this code on the Merchant website to redeem it.
    10. The same code will also be sent to customer as an SMS on the provided mobile number.
    11. In case customer face any issues or have queries regarding the redemption process or the redemption website, customer can write to the customer care team managed by Razorpay
    International Services Pte Ltd at taptopay-offer@razorpay.com. The team will respond back at the earliest.

    1. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
    2. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift voucher availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.
    3. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
    4. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
    5. Any TAT committed with respect to receive voucher for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of fulfilment; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay.
    6. In case of delay in posting of voucher if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the mail provided at the end of this section.
    7. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
    8. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
    9. Valid for Indian Citizens and residents only.
    10. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be communicated on the email provided at the end of this section.
    11. Only those customers who have registered for the offer through Bank’s communication will be eligible for the offer, subject to fulfilment of the offer criteria. In case, customer has not registered for the offer through the link given in Bank’s communication, customer will not be eligible for the offer despite fulfilment of the offer criteria.
    12. Categories tagging for winner evaluation will be considered as mentioned by VISA .

    14. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Cards Members Agreement.

    17. This document outlines the terms and conditions (""Terms”) of the Visa Worldwide Pte. Ltd.'s (""Visa”) marketing campaign (the ""Campaign"") to increase the usage of Tap to Pay Transactions (as defined below) across multiple Cardholders (as defined below). The Campaign is offered by Visa to all holders of a valid and current Visa consumer card (""Eligible Card"") issued by an licensed issuer in India (""Cardholder"", “you”, “your”). The Campaign is valid until stocks last. For avoidance of doubt, no Visa commercial, business or forex card shall fall within the definition of Eligible Cards or be eligible for any benefits under the Campaign.
    18. Eligibility: To participate in the Campaign, you must/ your card must:
    A) Be a Cardholder with an Eligible Card issued by any of the licensed issuers of Eligible Cards (“Issuers”).
    B) Make a tap to pay transaction using your Eligible Card either directly or through your mobile application for payment of at least INR300 in a single receipt (""Tap to Pay Transaction"") at any of the merchants in India (""Merchants"") during the Campaign Period. “Tap to Pay Transactions” shall be processed through VisaNet and shall also include such tap to pay transactions which are “on-us transactions” that have been staged on to VisaNet by the Issuer.
    C) Be classified as either an “Inactive Card” (i.e., an Eligible Card on which the Cardholder has not conducted a tap to pay transaction processed on VisaNet at any Merchant between April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 onwards) or an “Active Card” (i.e., an Eligible Card which is not an Inactive Card).
    D) Any product return, refund, or cancellation of the order made using a Tap to Pay Transaction for any reason will disqualify such Tap to Pay Transaction from the Campaign. If an order is partially cancelled or returned, the Cardholder will qualify for the Campaign only for the items that were not cancelled or returned, to the extent such transaction for the items not cancelled or returned continues to fulfil the conditions contemplated in these Terms.
    19. Campaign Period: The Campaign will run from April 29, 2024 to October 28, 2024 (or till such date the stocks last (whichever is earlier)), with both start and end dates included in the Campaign Period.
    20. Vouchers: The Vouchers for the Campaign are as follows:
    A) For an Inactive Card: One INR100 Amazon Shopping Voucher upon completion of the 1st Tap to Pay Transaction during the Campaign Period. One INR200 Amazon Shopping Voucher upon completion of the 3rd Tap to Pay Transaction during the Campaign Period. For an Active Card: One INR200 Amazon Shopping Voucher upon completion of the 10th Tap to Pay Transaction during the Campaign Period. Each date of last Tap to Pay Transaction that makes the Cardholder eligible for the Voucher, “Eligible Transaction Date”. Each Amazon Shopping Voucher mentioned above, “Voucher”.
    B) The Cardholder notes that each Voucher can be earned only once during the Campaign Period on an Eligible Card.
    C) Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative or substitute to the Vouchers will be provided. The validity of the Voucher starts from the procurement of the code.
    21) Redemption of Vouchers:
    A) More details about the Campaign are available at https://www.visa.co.in/pay-with-visa/taptopay-offer.html
    B) Eligible Cardholders can claim their Vouchers by clicking on the above link, where they will have the option to “Claim” the Voucher. Accordingly, the Cardholder would be redirected to a landing page (“Website”), for entering the card number and other details to claim such applicable Voucher.
    C) The Voucher can only be claimed after 15 days from the Eligible Transaction Date, however, no later than 105 days from the aforesaid date. The Voucher details will be available to the Cardholder on the Website upon claiming of such Voucher. Additionally, Visa may deliver the Voucher details to the Cardholder via SMS.
    D) Once claimed, Vouchers must be redeemed on Amazon India website or mobile application (“Platform”) within 90 days, else the Voucher(s) will expire. Expired Vouchers cannot be replaced.
    E) Visa, Issuers and Merchants will not be responsible for any delay, loss, or damage in the delivery of the Vouchers.
    22) General terms and conditions: By participating in the Campaign, you agree to/that:
    A) Abide by these Terms and the decision of Visa with respect to the Campaign.
    B) Release and indemnify Visa, Issuers and Merchants from any liability, claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with the Campaign or the Vouchers.
    C) Understand that participation in the Campaign is voluntary and not binding in any manner.
    D) Accept that Visa reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Campaign and these Terms or any part of it without prior notice or reason.
    E) Accept that Visa has the sole and final discretion to determine the winners and the Vouchers, and that their decisions are final and binding.
    F) All taxes, fees, and surcharges on Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the Cardholder.
    G) Visa reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms or in any manners subvert or tries to subvert the objective of this Campaign.
    H) Visa is not responsible for any technical failures that may prevent an individual from participating in the Campaign.
    I) Once awarded, the Voucher shall not be resold or commercially traded in any manner, directly or indirectly.
    J) Comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of the Vouchers as decided by the Amazon and as available to the Cardholder on their Platform or terms and conditions of such other applicable voucher provider.
    K) Visa may, in its sole discretion, provide an alternate voucher or such other benefit of equal amount.
    L) Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Visa, Issuers or Merchants to conduct further similar or other Campaigns.
    M) This Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
    23. Limitations of Liability:
    A) Visa, Issuers and Merchants are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign.
    B) Visa, Issuers and Merchants assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
    C) Visa, Issuers and Merchants are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Campaign.
    24. Personal Data:
    A) By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that Visa, and service providers acting on Visa’s behalf, may collect, use, process and share your personal information for the purpose of administering and managing the Campaign (“Personal Data”). The Personal Data may include amongst other things name and contact information, or special requirements for arranging the prize.     25. Intellectual Property: By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge that any intellectual property rights in the Campaign and any materials used in connection with the Campaign are
    owned by Visa, and you do not have any rights in such materials other than the right to use them
    in accordance with these Terms.
    26. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
    27. Entire Agreement:
    A) These Terms constitute the entire agreement between each participant and Visa with respect to the Campaign and supersede all prior or other arrangements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
    B) No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions.
    28. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Campaign. Participation in the Campaign signifies your agreement to these Terms. You will be prompted to accept the Terms on the Website.
