Simply use your HDFC Bank Debit Card on Mondays and grab a voucher worth Rs. 400 on spends amounting to Rs. 7,500 or more.

1. Customer will be eligible for Maximum Voucher of Rs. 300 as per the offer eligibility criteria during the entire offer period (Customer is identified as per Customer ID).
2. Customer will be eligible for an additional voucher of Rs. 100 if any of the performed transactions fulfilling the spends criteria is a Tap n Pay (Contactless) transaction at the merchant outlets.
3. Offer valid only on Mondays from 1st March 2024 till 31st March 2024.
4. Offer can be availed only once a month during any Mondays (no other weekdays).
5. The offer is applicable on a cumulative spends amounting to Rs. 7,500 or more on an offline or online or contactless spends.
6. Cumulative spends amounting to Rs. 7,500 or more will be considered only on the same Monday and cannot be split across other Mondays. For e.g., if a customer spends Rs. 7,500 or more on any one Monday, customer qualifies for the reward. If the customers spends Rs. 3,000 on any one Monday and Rs. 4,500 on any other Monday, customer will not be eligible for the reward.
7. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer eligible on HDFC Bank Debit Card.
8. Voucher for this offer will be shared with all winners on their bank registered email address only, within 90 days post the end of the offer month on a best effort basis. 
For e.g. for promotional offer done in month of March 2024, voucher will be shared with all eligible winners on or before 30th June 2024 on best effort basis.
9. Customer is required to redeem this voucher before expiry period of 1 month.
10. ATM withdrawals will not be considered for the offer.
11. Any queries/ complaints regarding the offer to be raised only after the end of TAT for Voucher posting TAT of 90 days.
12. Offer valid on HDFC Bank Debit Cards except Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards.
13. Offer valid for Domestic POS / Online / Contactless transaction only (Not Valid for International transactions). 
14. Wallet Loads transactions (Including Payzapp Wallet Load) will be excluded from this program.

9. For transactions where there is a partial cancellation, we will consider the transaction amount eligible as per offer, only if the post partial refund net cumulative amount is greater than or equal to Rs. 7,500.
10. Voucher for this offer will be shared with all winners on their bank registered email address only, within 90 days post the end of the offer month on a best effort basis. 
For e.g. for promotional offer done in month of March 2024, voucher will be shared with all eligible winners on or before 30th June 2024 on best effort basis.
11. Customer is required to redeem this voucher within expiry period of 1 month on receipt of voucher code.
12. Turn-around-time committed with respect to posting of Voucher for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfillment is completed at the earliest. In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Voucher, if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the Voucher posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.
13. Any queries/ complaints regarding the offer to be raised only after the end of TAT for Voucher posting of 90 days.
14. Offer valid on HDFC Bank Debit Cards except Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards.
15. ATM withdrawals will not be considered for the offer.
16. Only approved and validated spend/ transaction / payment / purchase made using HDFC Bank Debit Card shall be eligible for the Voucher. Cancelled / Returned Transactions shall not be eligible for this Voucher-based offer. No Offer clubbing shall be permitted.
17. Following purchases or payments shall not be considered for the promotional Voucher offer
     - Investment/Insurance products
     - Loading of wallets or Payments through wallets
     - Credit card bill payments.
     - International transactions.
     - Cash on Delivery.
     - Forex booking, Betting and Gambling based transactions.
     - Funds transfer to another account using Debit Card. 
     - Any fraudulent transaction.
     - Payzapp transactions done via Debit card.
     - Smartbuy transactions done via Debit card.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            18. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
19. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift voucher availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.
20. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
21. Any TAT committed with respect to receive voucher for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of fulfilment; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.
22. In case of delay in posting of voucher if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & do the fulfilment within 7-10 working days if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.
23. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
24. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
25. Valid for Indian Citizens and residents only.
26. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
27. Only those customers who have registered for the offer through Bank’s communication will be eligible for the offer, subject to fulfilment of the offer criteria. In case, customer has not registered for the offer through the link given in Bank’s communication, customer will not be eligible for the offer despite fulfilment of the offer criteria.
28. Wallet Loads transactions (Including Payzapp Wallet Load) will be excluded from all programs.
