1. Customer will be eligible for a maximum voucher of up to Rs.150 as per the offer eligibility criteria during the entire offer period i.e. from 11th March till 31st March(Customer is identified as per Customer ID).

2. Offer valid from 11th March till 31st March

3. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer eligible on HDFC Bank Debit Card.

4. Voucher for this offer will be shared with all winners on their bank registered email address only, within 90 days from the end of qualifying campaign transaction month. 

For e.g. for promotional offer done in month of March 2025, voucher will be shared with all eligible winners on or before 30th June 2025 on best effort basis.

5. Customer is required to redeem this voucher before expiry period of 1 month from the date of receipt of voucher.

6. ATM withdrawals, POS, Contactless transactions will not be considered for the offer.

7. Any queries/ complaints regarding the offer to be raised only after the end of TAT for Voucher posting TAT of 90 days.

8. Offer not valid for HDFC Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards.

9. Offer valid on Domestic transactions only (Not Valid on International Transaction) 

10. Offer only valid for customers receiving communication via SMS/E-Mail from HDFC Bank.

11. Wallet Loads transactions (Including Payzapp Wallet Load) will be excluded from this program.

12. All Payzapp & Smartbuy transactions will be excluded from this offer.

13. Upon fulfilling campaign criteria's, a customer qualifies as a winner and will receive a mail with voucher fulfilment details. The customer gets to choose a brand from the available wide variety of brands for voucher redemption. The brands include and are not limited to Amazon, Swiggy, Myntra , Bookmyshow etc subject to availability.

5. For transactions where there is a partial cancellation, we will consider the transaction amount eligible as per offer, only if the post partial refund net cumulative amount is greater than or equal to Rs.12000

6. Offer only valid for customers receiving offer through SMS/E-Mail from HDFC Bank.

7. Voucher for this offer will be shared with all winners on their bank registered email address only, within 90 days post the offer end date on a best effort basis. 

For e.g. for promotional offer done in month of March 2025, voucher will be shared with all eligible winners on or before 30th June2025 on best effort basis.

8. Customer is required to redeem this voucher within expiry period of 1 month on receipt of voucher code.

9. Turn-around-time committed with respect to posting of Voucher for a promotional campaign is only indicative & June vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfillment is completed at the earliest. In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Voucher, if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the Voucher posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.

10. Any queries/ complaints regarding the offer to be raised only after the end of TAT for Voucher posting of 90 days.

11. Offer not valid for HDFC - Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards.

12. ATM withdrawals, POS, Contactless transactions will not be considered for the offer..

13. Only approved and validated spend/ transaction / payment / purchase made using HDFC Bank Debit Card shall be eligible for the Voucher. Cancelled / Returned Transactions shall not be eligible for this Voucher-based offer. No Offer clubbing shall be permitted.

14. Following purchases or payments shall not be considered for the promotional Voucher offer

     - Investment/Insurance products

     - Loading of wallets or Payments through wallets

     - Credit card bill payments.

     - International transactions.

     - POS & Contactless & ATM txns

     - Cash on Delivery.

     - Forex booking, Betting and Gambling based transactions.

     - Funds transfer to another account using Debit Card. 

     - Any fraudulent transaction.

     - Payzapp transactions done via Debit card.

     - Smartbuy transactions done via Debit card.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

15. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.

16. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that June arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift voucher availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.

17. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that June be caused in delivery of the services.

18. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.

19. Any TAT committed with respect to receive voucher for a promotional campaign is only indicative & June vary from the actual date of fulfilment; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.

20. In case of delay in posting of voucher if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & do the fulfilment within 2-3 working days if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.

21. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

22. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

23. Valid for Indian Citizens and residents only.

24. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

25. Wallet Loads transactions (Including Payzapp Wallet Load) will be excluded from all programs.

26. Categories tagging for winner evaluation will be considered as mentioned by VISA / MasterCard.

27. Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar schemes/offers.

28. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Cards Members Agreement.

29. HDFC Bank Debit Card Holders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on ‘best effort’ basis.
