Smartpay Cashback shall be posted in the respective card account, in the next statement cycle from the Smartpay transaction.
Smartpay E-voucher Related T&C:
1.Offer is valid between 1st May 2024 to 31st May 2024
2.E-Voucher would be posted within 90 days from the end of the offer period.
3.Customer can avail this offer for up to 10 bills added on SmartPay
4.E-Voucher link would be sent via SMS on the registered mobile number.
5.The customer will be eligible only if bill is active at the time of fulfillment under the selected Credit Card.
6.If the same utility bill is deleted & re-registered on automatic payment, then the customer will not be eligible for e-voucher.
7.Customer will be eligible for e-voucher only if 2 or more utility bills are set on automatic payment using Credit Card within the offer period.
8.E-Voucher is not applicable on DTH, Cable TV, Education fee payment, LPG, FASTag, Loan repayment, Recurring Deposit, Donation, Mutual fund, Mobile Prepaid & Tax categories.
Transaction offer T&C & Other Terms & conditions:
1. Offer applicable only for select customers subject to completing transactions communicated over SMS/email by HDFC Bank.
2. Offer applicable on transactions done between 1st May 2024 to 31st May 2024 (both days included) on HDFC Bank Credit Card.
3. Offer is valid on all categories
4. Offer not applicable on Cash, EasyEMI transactions. Offer not applicable on SmartEMI, Insta Loan, Insta Jumbo loan, Balance transfer on EMI bookings
5. Returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, EMIs and card membership fees will not be considered for this offer.
6. For eligible customers offer benefit will be credited before 31st August 2024
7. Offer is valid only on HDFC Bank Business credit cards
8. Card Holder/s whose account has been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the Program, or when the gift is to be collected, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.
9. If a card member has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank Credit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said offer.
10. This offer cannot be clubbed with any existing offer.
11. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a 'best effort' basis.
12. This offer is non-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
13. All queries with regards to the cash back / Reward points/ Voucher Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 150 days from the offer end date – post which the Bank is not liable for any postings.
14. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
15. HDFC Bank is not making these offers and neither warrant nor guarantees the delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of products/services availed of by the HDFC Bank Credit Card members under this offer and the member shall be solely responsible for all effects and consequences therefrom.
16. Any disputes as regards delivery, quality, warranty, merchantability or suitability of products/services availed of under this offer must be strictly addressed by the HDFC Bank Credit Card members in writing to the merchant directly and HDFC Bank will not entertain any communication in this regard.
17. HDFC Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or for any personal injury that may be suffered, by a HDFC Bank Credit Card member, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services availed of under this offer.
