•Any transaction/spend by the Customer outside the Offer Period will not be considered for Offer eligibility

•Returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, EMI’s and \card membership fees will not be considered for this offer.

•Corporate Cards, Commercial Cards, Dealer Cards, Distributor Cards, Business Cards, Value Plus Cards and Staff Cards are excluded from the promotion.

•Card Holder/s whose account has been classified as delinquent/inactive before or during the currency of the Program, or when the reward is to be collected, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.

•If a card member has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank Credit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said offer.

•Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Swiggy to conduct further, similar or other offers.

•All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

•HDFC Bank hold out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Swiggy directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.

•HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.

•HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
