Enable your HDFC Bank Debit Card uses through following steps:
A. Via Mycards:
2.Login using your registered mobile number
3.Select Debit Cards
4.Click on "Card Control"
5.Your current "Domestic" and "International" usage and respective limits will be displayed
6.Switch "On" for your desired feature or all of the above
7.Click "Update Limit" at the bottom of the page and provide OTP for authentication
B. Via What’s App Banking:
2.Enter last 4 digit of Cust Id
3.Select Domestic or International Usage
4.Select from one of the following and proceed: Merchant outlet (POS), ATM Cash Withdrawal, Online (E-Commerce), Contactless (TAP) and International Usages
5.Click on Enable Limit
6.Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
7.Click on yes please to modify other limits if needed
C. Via Mobile Banking:
1.Login to using your 4-digit PIN, Password or Touch ID
2.Click on "Menu" on top left-hand side and a panel will show up
3.Under "PAY" select "Cards"
4.Choose your Debit card
5.Click on "Show More" and the panel would expand
6.Click on "Customise" link next to "Limits and Restrictions"
7.Your current "Domestic" and "International" usage and respective limits will be displayed
8.Switch "On" for your desired feature or all of the above
9.Click "Confirm" at the bottom of the page
10.Verify your debit card details
D. Via PayZapp
1.Download PayZapp application from Play Store or App Store
3.Login using Mobile Number
4.Click on "Accounts & Cards"
5.Click on Cards
6.Select your Debit Card
7.Click on "Payment Limits"
8.Your current "Domestic" and "International" usage and respective limits will be displayed
9.Switch "On" for your desired feature or all of the above
10.Click "Save Limits" at the bottom of the page
E. Via Net Banking
2.Click on "Pay" and Select Cards
3.Under "Cards" select "Debit Cards"
4.Click on ">" sign
5.Click on "Customise" link
6.Your current "Domestic" and "International" usage and respective limits will be displayed
7.Switch "On" for your desired feature or all of the above
8.Click "Confirm" at the bottom of the page
9.Verify your debit card details
F. Via EVA Chatbot:
2.Click on ASK EVA at bottom right
3.Click on "Manage my Debit Card"
4.Enter your registered 10-digit mobile number
5.You will receive an OTP, enter the same
6.Enter your Date of Birth to validate customer details
7.Confirm the last 4 digits of your Debit Card number
8.Your current status for your desired transactions will be displayed as "Disabled". You can now "Enable" and set the limit
9.Enter OTP
