1. If your HDFC Bank  Platinum Debit Card is disabled for online usage, enable it by using the following steps:

2. Voucher offer is valid if existing Debit card linked to Saving A/C, Salary A/C & Current A/C Debit Card is upgraded to  Platinum Debit Card between 2nd June 2025 to 30th June 2025 and doing cumulative spends of Rs 2500 post-upgrade done till 30th June 2025 (Customer is identified as per Customer ID)

3. Voucher for this offer will be shared with all winners on their bank registered email ID/SMS, within 90 days post the offer end date on a best effort basis. i.e., if the campaign transaction month is June 2025, the Voucher will be posted on or before 30th September 2025 on best effort basis. 

Terms and Condition:

2. Offer is only applicable on transactions successfully performed on POS,Contactless & ECOM with your HDFC Bank upgraded  Platinum Debit Card 

3. If your HDFC Bank  Platinum Debit Card is disabled for online usage, enable it by using the following steps:

4. Once the card is enabled for online usage then customer can make any online transaction.

5. Voucher  offer is valid if existing Debit card linked to Saving A/C, Salary A/C & Current A/C is upgraded to  Platinum Debit Card between 2nd June 2025 to 30th June 2025 & doing cumulative spends of Rs 2,500 post-upgrade done till 30th June 2025.(Customer is identified as per Customer ID)

6. Offer valid from 2nd June 2025 to 30th June 2025  

7. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer eligible on HDFC Bank Debit Card.

8. Offer is not applicable in case of any return / partial cancellations.

10. Any queries/ complaints regarding the offer to be raised only after the end of TAT for Voucher  fulfilment of 90 days.

8. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 90 days from offer fulfilment date. Post this, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholders.

11. Offer valid for only for upgraded HDFC Bank Platinum Debit Cards.

12. ATM withdrawals will not be considered for the offer.

13. Only approved and validated spend/ transaction / payment / purchase made using HDFC Bank  Platinum Debit Card shall be eligible for the Voucher . Cancelled / Returned Transactions shall not be eligible for this Voucher-based offer. No Offer clubbing shall be permitted.

14.Following purchases or payments done using HDFC Bank Debit Card shall not be considered for the promotional Voucher offer

­a. Investment/Insurance products like but not limited to Insurance, Mutual Funds, Bonds, stocks, options & derivatives etc.

­b. Loading of wallets / e-wallets like but not limited to PayTm, HDFC PayZapp, Google Pay, Amazon Pay etc. or Payments through wallets

­c. Credit card bill payments.

­d. International transactions. I.e. Non INR transactions both online and POS or INR transactions done in country other than India.

­e. Cash on Delivery.

­f. Forex booking, Betting and Gambling based transactions.

­g. Funds transfer to another account using Debit Card.

­h. Any fraudulent transaction.

15. HDFC Bank Debit Card transactions done on merchants dealing in Gaming, Betting and Gambling will not be eligible for this offer even if the merchant category is part of the categories considered under this offer.

16. The offer is not applicable on transactions using Debit Card on PayZapp i.e., if the customer uses Debit card on PayZapp for fuel payment, the same will not be eligible for Voucher  under this offer.

17. Transactions done via Smartbuy using HDFC Bank Debit Card or Debit Card EMI will not be eligible for this offer.

18. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services/products offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/products must be resolved by the Card Holder(s) with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.

19. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that June arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/services/assured gifts/gift Vouchers availed by the Card Holder(s) under the said offer offered by the partner.

20. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that June be caused in delivery of the services/products offered by the partner.

21. This Offer is made available to all the Debit Card Customer(s) of HDFC Bank except Virtual, Netsafe & ATM card customers.

22. Voucher  will only be posted for live accounts. Customers closing their accounts before fulfillment date of Voucher  will not be eligible for Voucher.

23. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

24. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

25. Valid for Indian Citizens and residents only.

26. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have Saving or Salary or similar jurisdiction.

27. Fuel tagging for winner evaluation will be considered as mentioned by VISA / MasterCard.

28. Offer applicable only for the customers who have received the communication from HDFC Bank via SMS/E-mail

29. Offer not applicable for HDFC Bank Rupay Debit card Holders

30. Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar schemes/offers

31. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Cards Members Agreement

32. HDFC Bank Debit Card Holders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on ‘best effort’ basis.

33. This offer is non-transferable to any other person.

34. For transactions where there is a partial cancellation, we will consider the transaction amount eligible as per offer, only if the post partial refund net cumulative amount is greater than or equal to Rs 2,500

35. Effective 1st January 2024 onwards lounge access on the debit card will be applicable only for the customers spending more than Rs 5,000/- either at the Store(POS or contactless) or Online(E-COM) in the previous Quarter. Please note ATM & Wallet spends shall be excluded.

36. Upon fulfilling campaign criteria's, a customer qualifies as a winner and will receive a mail with voucher fulfilment details. The customer gets to choose a brand from the available wide variety of brands for voucher redemption. The brands include and are not limited to Amazon, Swiggy, Myntra , Bookmyshow etc subject to availability.

37. Any additional cost for Voucher redemption to be borne by the customer
