HDFC Bank SmartBuy is a platform only for display of offers extended by Merchants to HDFC Bank's Customers. HDFC Bank is hosting the SmartBuy platform purely for the convenience of its Customers to display the offers extended by Merchants to HDFC Bank Customers. The Products/Services are being offered solely by the Merchants and HDFC Bank is not selling/rendering any of these Products/Services. HDFC Bank is not undertaking the business of on-line retail trading or shopping by hosting the SmartBuy platform. HDFC Bank will not earn any commission or any other fee upon its Customers viewing the offers made available by Merchants or purchasing/ availing of a Product/Service offered by Merchants, except the customary considerations for use of credit card/debit Cards/net banking facility. The Customer is free to purchase/avail them from any other stores/online platforms and by using any other payment mechanism. HDFC Bank is merely facilitating the payment to its Customers by providing the Payment Gateway Services. By hosting the SmartBuy platform, HDFC Bank is neither guaranteeing nor giving any warranty nor making any representation with respect to the offers made by Merchants. HDFC Bank is neither endorsing the Merchants or any Product/Service nor is it responsible for sale/quality/features of the Products/ Services under the offer. Any Information on the HDFC Bank/SmartBuy website (or the section thereof to which you will be directed) whether about the Merchant or the Products/Services being offered have not been verified by HDFC Bank. HDFC Bank shall not be liable or responsible for any such information. HDFC Bank will not bear any obligation or liability if a Customer purchases/avails of a Product/Service under an offer. If you choose to avail of the purchase/avail of a Product/Service, HDFC Bank will neither be a party to nor in any manner concerned with such purchase/availment nor be liable or responsible for any act or omission of the Merchant or the Customer. All Product/Service related queries/complaints will be addressed by the respective Merchant only.


The website is powered and maintained by Reward360 on behalf of HDFC Bank, a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of India. The following terms and conditions apply to all visitors or users of this Web site. Please read these Site Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. By accessing or using this website you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Site Terms and Conditions. When you access any of the sub-Site (whether belonging to an ‘associate’ of Company or otherwise) through this Site, then the sub-Site may have its own terms and conditions, which are specific to such sub-Site.

These Terms and Conditions of use and any additional terms posted on this site together constitute the entire agreement between Company and you with respect to your use of this site.


This site is only for your personal use. All materials provided on this web site, including but not limited to all text, logos, designs, service marks, trademarks, graphics, images, sounds, information, software, documents, downloads of any kind, products and services and the selection, arrangement and display thereof, are the copyrighted works of Reward360 and/ or its partner/HDFC Bank. You shall not distribute exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site for any business, commercial or public purpose. Any unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity and civil and criminal statutes.


HDFC Bank/ Reward360 may add, modify or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time as it may deem fit, with notice to HDFC Bank. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.

HDFC Bank/ Reward360 may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other content posted on this site, including features and specifications of products or services described or depicted on the site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.

HDFC Bank/ Reward360 reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of Company's systems as well as its clients and users interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, Reward360 may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.


Travelling to certain destinations may involve risk, wherein the cost and consequences are at your own risk and HDFC Bank/ Reward360 is not liable to damages, losses or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, duration of the stay, or from travel to such destinations.


Cancellation and Modification charges:

For all flight modifications and ticket cancellations, the modification and cancellation charges are applied per sector per passenger. Please note that these charges are subject to change by the Airline and its service provider, at its sole discretion. Please note processing fee of 2% on the transaction value and any discounts availed at the time of booking would be deducted by SmartBuy if the booking is cancelled.

If you are contacting the airlines directly with regards to the modification you are liable to pay the additional price difference directly to the airlines and HDFC Bank/ Reward360 is not liable for modification changes done to your order or online updates of the order in your account.

If you are contacting the airlines directly for Cancellation you are still liable to call the HDFC bank SmartBuy customer support to process your refund. Please inform the customer support team within 24 hours from the time of cancellation.


Cancellation and Modification Policy:

Every hotel has a different cancellation and modification policy and the user shall be charged according to the Hotel/Room cancellation or modification policy. Please note that these charges are subject to change by the hotel and its service provider, at its sole discretion and without notice to Company. The charges may be verified with the hotel and their service provider by the User.

For any hotel/ room modification, you must contact the designated customer support team and/ or the hotel directly. And the request will be entertained as per the booking terms and any modification charge has to be borne by the customer.

Only those cancellation requests which are made on the phone to designated customer support team shall be entertained. Please note that if you are contacting the Hotel directly for cancellation you are still liable to inform the HDFC Bank SmartBuy call center support team to process the refund.

HDFC Bank/ Reward360 shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating HDFC Bank and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.


All successful Recharges and bill payments are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number or other account details you recharge or make payment for, and all charges that result from those transactions.

HDFC Bank/ Reward360 is not responsible for any recharge or payment done to any incorrect mobile number or DTH or other account number. However, in rare cases of any unsuccessful transaction where recharge or mobile bill payment has failed, but your HDFC Bank Card/ account has been charged, please contact the customer support to assist you with the refund. Generally all refunds for any unsuccessful transactions are credited back to customer account in 20 working days.

HDFC Bank/ Reward360 shall do everything within its power to offer users information and/or tools that are readily available and reliable, but cannot be held responsible for errors, unavailable information and/or the presence of viruses on its portal.


Please review your booking details carefully before booking the tickets. HDFC Bank/ Reward360 does not permit exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been booked or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. This email confirmation of your movie booking has to be printed and shown at the ticket counter to get a physical ticket.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm the same from your booking history or by contacting customer support representative.

Please check the censor warning/ age/ratings/entry restrictions that maybe applicable from time to time.


The song/ album once purchased cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to download the song/ album, contact the customer support team to rectify the same.


1. Generic Terms and Conditions

Redemption on SmartBuy Rewards is subject to:

  1. HDFC Bank voucher approval and terms & conditions as relevant to the SmartBuy Rewards Store
  2. Availability of the reward at the time of order fulfilment

2. SmartBuy Reward    

Whenever deemed necessary, SmartBuy may, without notice, cancel the Rewards order or substitute the reward with another, of comparable nature and value.

SmartBuy reserves the right to introduce new products and replace the existing ones at any point in time without prior intimation to the member.

Only customers having active HDFC Bank account can request for redemption of Vouchers.

Other HDFC Bank benefits, which are activated by use of the HDFC Bank Rewards, do not apply to goods or services received as rewards under the SmartBuy Reward Program.

SmartBuy may suspend redemption of Vouchers where the HDFC Bank Credit Card account is not in good standing or for any other reason deemed suspicious to the Bank.

SmartBuy reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add / alter / modify / change or vary all terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, the Offer by other offers, whether similar to this facility or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

3. SmartBuy Voucher

The SmartBuy Vouchers can only be redeemed by the primary relationship-holder, and not by an additional account holder.

The Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or be used to obtain cash advances, or be used against payment for any charges incurred in the SmartBuy Rewards Relationship.

All unused Vouchers will be reversed back as points to customer account within stipulated time period and cannot be exchanged for cash /credit under any circumstances.

SmartBuy Vouchers will be delivered to your bank registered mobile number only. Onus to update the mobile number or any other information related to user profile with HDFC Bank lies with the customer. Any updates to the mobile number and Email id has to be done directly with the bank. SmartBuy at any point of time cannot be held for change in user profile. 

Onus to provide the correct delivery Address for order fulfilment on SmartBuy Rewards, lies with the customer. Neither SmartBuy nor HDFC Bank can be held responsible for any incorrect/invalid address provided by the customer which can result in non-delivery /delay on order fulfilment. . 

4. Rewards 

Mode of Payment

i. Currently all products in the Reward Store can be redeemed using Voucher only.

ii. Currently no cash payment is accepted for redemption of Reward products and Gifts Vouchers on the “Rewards” Store.

The below terms and Conditions are applicable with respect to “Rewards” Store.

  1. The product list and catalogue is subject to change and will be updated on SmartBuy Rewards website from time to time.

  2. Product related terms & conditions shall be set forth in the Rewards on the website and in the Rewards issued to the user.

  3. SmartBuy Rewards makes no warranties or representations either expressed or implied, with regard to the type, quality or fitness of the Rewards provided through the SmartBuy Rewards Program. Gifts will be accompanied by warranty information wherever applicable from the manufacturer and claims must be directed to the manufacturers directly.

  4. Delivery of Rewards redeemed from ‘Rewards” Store

  1. All Physical Rewards will be dispatched to the bank registered address only. Please contact the bank if you wish to change the address. In case of e-Gift Voucher, it will be sent on the email id provided during redemption. Please be noted that this does not change the customer profile/ registered details with HDFC Bank. No dispatch shall be made to P.O. Box addresses or to addresses outside India.

  2. All other products including multiple reward redemptions will be delivered in 5-7 working days. SmartBuy Rewards be not held responsible for delay in delivery for reasons beyond our control, such as strikes, natural calamities etc.

  3. Products couriered through Speed Post will be delivered in 21 working days. Delivery via speed post might take additional days depending on the remoteness of the address.

  4. SmartBuy Rewards reserves right to cancel the orders redeemed due to stock/ product non availability and other reasons that might affect the product delivery.

  5. If the customer’s points balance is not sufficient during settlement, then the excess amount will be debited from the customer’s card/ account

5. For all Queries related to Rewards fulfilment please call 1860 425 3322. Please note all Email queries will be responded within 24 working hrs, subject to severity.

6. The Courier company shall make three attempts to deliver the gift/reward ordered to the registered address. If the Reward is not delivered after three attempts, the redemption order stands cancelled and the SmartBuy Vouchers shall be credited back to customer account as per due process.

7. If a gift/reward received is damaged, and

i. If the damage is evident from the condition of the packaging, the member should refuse to accept the shipment and obtain a refusal note from the courier company and inform the customer care center within 7 days of receipt t of the gift.

ii. If the damage is discovered after opening the package, the member should keep all packaging materials and cartons intact and call customer service centre for assistance to return the product. If the returned goods are found by to be defective post investigation /not comply with the description in the SmartBuy Rewards Catalogue, Reward360 shall endeavour to procure replacements for the items / shall credit the SmartBuy Voucher value as points back to the member’s account. The member shall thereafter have no claim whatsoever against Reward360/HDFC Bank

iii. In case of receipt of damaged, defective or deficient goods/ invalid Gift vouchers, the member should intimate the same to Customer Service within 7 working days of receipt of gift/reward. However, in case of failure to do so, the reward shall be considered as accepted and member’s request for replacement/reversal of voucher value shall not be entertained.

8. On cancelation of rewards redeemed, the Vouchers will be refunded in 5 working days from the date of cancellation. In case there is an error while redeeming the rewards, the Vouchers will be refunded back to customer account as points in less than 1 hour.

9. To know the order status/Shipping status of Rewards, please visit “Manage Orders”, enter order id, Mobile number and click submit.

Other terms and conditions related to HDFC Bank’s MyReward is applicable on SmartBuy Rewards. However certain terms & conditions shall be overrules by SmartBuy Rewards Terms and Conditions. 


General terms & conditions of Flipkart are applicable currently. But the same may be changed as per bank’s discretion. Please check for the updated T&C regularly.


Any communication or materials sent by you to the site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any comments, data, questions, suggestions or the like will be treated by HDFC Bank/ Reward360 as non-confidential.

Any material submitted to this site may be adapted, broadcast, changed, copied, disclosed, licensed, performed, posted, published, sold, transmitted or used by HDFC Bank/ Reward360 anywhere in the world, in any medium.

HDFC Bank reserves the right to deny any user access to this Site if found suspicious or any portion hereof without notice. HDFC Bank/ Reward360 is merely providing the intermediary service to its users and therefore not be held responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any content with regards to the flights, hotels, movie, music, recharges and other categories that can result in damages of any kind, expenses, personal injuries etc resulting there from.

HDFC Bank/ Reward360 and their respective partners have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control and have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re–routing or acts of any government or authority.
