• This offer is applicable to selected credit card holder of the following variants.

-  Tata Neu Plus HDFC Bank Credit Card or

-  Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card

• This offer will only be applicable for cardholders who receive the offer SMS/Email communication.
• Activation Offer Details: Croma eGV worth Rs. 500 on any first transaction initiated within offer window communicated to the customers over email or SMS. There is no minimum amount required for the 1st transaction to qualify for the offer.
• HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if customer’s transaction fails due to technical issue.
• The eGV voucher will be disbursed within 90 days from the offer period end date as communicated over SMS/Email communication. Any change in the disbursement date will be basis mutual consensus between Tata Digital and HDFC Bank and the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, customer is requested to contact the Bank within 60 days from the proposed date and the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.
• HDFC Bank and Tata Digital Private Limited hold out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Tata Digital Private Limited directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
• HDFC Bank and/or Tata Digital Private Limited shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.
• HDFC Bank and/or Tata Digital Private Limited shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.

• Benefits will not be posted on credit card accounts which are permanently delinquent or closed at the time of posting. Benefits will also not be posted on retail credit card accounts that are flagged for working capital usage.
• HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary.

Terms and Conditions for Croma Rs.500 eGV 

• The eGV is issued by Croma, Infiniti Retail Ltd (the Company). 
•  The eGV can be redeemed at any Croma Store owned by the company and on croma.com 
• The validity period of the eGV is for 30 days from the date of its activation
• Should your purchase value exceed the value of the eGV, the differential amount of such purchase should be paid at the store at the time of making such purchase. Croma eGV can be redeemed multiple time. 
• No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the eGV. 
• eGV code needs to be presented to cashier at Croma store before final billing of your purchase(s). 
• eGV can't be replaced or duplicated, if lost or stolen. Do not share PIN no with anyone. 
• Redemption of eGV by its bearer shall be valid discharge of the company's liabilities in respect of eGV. 
• Any dispute needs to be referred to the Company and the decision of the company shall be final. 
• The eGV is subject to applicable laws. The company and eGV holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory / judicial / competent authority from time to time in this regard. 
• Any dispute relating to the Croma eGV shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai. 
• Infiniti Retail Ltd shall be entitled to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our Website and/or at any of the Croma stores.

• In case of Returns/cancellations of the redemption done via eGVs, the refund of the same will be done to the effect of the value of contribution of the eGV to the sale. The balance will be done via the contribution of the other respective payment mode to the sale. In the case of multiple products being purchased via eGV and any other mode of payment being used to complete the transaction, the individual products being sold, will get the assignment of the value of the eGV and any other mode of payment being used based on the tender percentage contribution in total order value. The refund will happen in the same percentage split as per the original tender used.
