Eligible benefits for this promotion (such as Reward points / cashback) will only be posted to accounts that are active at the time of postings.  

Benefits will not be posted on credit card accounts which are permanently delinquent or closed at the time of posting. 

Benefits will also not be posted on retail credit card accounts that are flagged for working capital usage.

Purchases eligible for Instant Discount/ Cashback on HDFC Bank Credit Card will not qualify for Reward Points. The same will be reversed within 120 days.

 If a card member has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank Credit/Debit Card, spends on the cards cannot be   

clubbed by the card member to qualify for the said offer.

The above offer is by way of a special offer co-funded by the Bank & Merchant for select HDFC Bank Credit/Debit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.

All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from the posting date. After said date the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.

TAT for any program posting of Reward Points/Cashback, is liable only by 90th day from the end of offer month. Any advancement in TAT is subjective and will be basis mutual consensus between merchant and The Bank.

Any TAT committed with respect to posting of Reward Points/ Cashback for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.

In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Reward Points/ Cashback if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank within 60 days from the proposed date for posting. The Bank shall review the same & have the Reward points/ Cashback posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.

Cashback credits will not be considered as payment for the last statement. Customers need to effect payment towards the previous statement outstanding.  

Cashback amount credited to the credit card account will be adjusted towards the next statement balance.

Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional Cashback Offer, may be borne by the Card holder / winner.
