5. The ask amount in offer 2 is inclusive of amount mentioned in offer 1 which means that whatever amount the customer is spending from the card in first 90 days will be considered for offer 2. Cash withdrawal will not be considered as valid spends in this campaign.
6. Offer applicable on transactions done between the date as specified in the mail on all HDFC Bank corporate Credit Cards for which the communication has been sent by HDFC Bank
7. Offer is valid only during the timelines as communicated over email from HDFC Bank
8. Spends considered for calculations would be net of reversals and refunds, all spends will be considered. Only cash withdrawal will be excluded while computing the qualifiers.
9. Reversed /cancelled transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this Voucher calculation.
10. Gift vouchers to eligible customers would be released via email or as may be decided by the Bank
11. HDFC Bank may decide, due to any eventuality or otherwise, to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, or to withdraw it altogether by giving prior intimation,

13. Vouchers will be posted or delivered to eligible customer account within 90 days of offer end date
14. Spends on cards whose account have been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the Program, or when the gift is to be collected, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.
15. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the offer is being made purely on a 'best effort' basis.
16. This offer is non-cashable, non-convertible, not extendable and non-negotiable.
17. All queries with regards to the cash back / Reward points/ Voucher Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 90 days from the offer end date – post which the Bank is not liable for any offer.

21. Above offers is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Corporate Credit Card holders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Corporate / card member agreement. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Corporate / Card members Agreement.
22. Spend done on Corporate Credit Card issued under specified relationship will only be considered and payout would be made post the campaign period.
23. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Chennai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
