    Get Rs.50 cashback on linking HDFC Bank Debit Card on PayZapp and Rs.100 cashback on the first transaction with the linked HDFC Bank Debit Card.

    1. Minimum transaction value of the first transaction to be Rs.250.
    2. The offer is valid on all transactions other than sending and receiving money, wallet to account fund transfer and wallet loading (PayZapp or another other bank/non bank wallet) using PayZapp.
    3. The offer is valid till 30th June 2019.
    4. The offer is only valid for customers with new HDFC Bank Debit Cards issued, HDFC Bank Debit Cards upgraded and HDFC Bank Debit Cards re-issued .

    9. Rs.50 Cashback will be processed within 60 days from the date of linking the HDFC Bank Debit Card and the Rs.100 CashBack will be processed within 60 days from the first transaction date using the Linked HDFC Bank Debit Card
    10. In case the transaction is cancelled or left undelivered, a refund will be initiated within the next 10 working days
    11. All valid spends transactions will be eligible for the offer. HDFC Bank will not be responsible for invalid transactions
    12. Offer is applicable only for the PayZapp KYC registered customers
    13. Offer is applicable both for a Registered Minimum KYC (Rs10 k)* and Full KYC (Rs 1 Lac)** PayZapp Prepaid Card customers
    14. *Minimum KYC means- “It is a wallet that is issued to a user after obtaining minimum details that includes- mobile verification with One Time Pin (OTP), Self-declaration of name, Unique identification number of any of the officially valid document (i.e. PAN). The amount loaded during any month shall not exceed Rs 10,000/- with a max. of Rs 1,00,000/- in a year. The amount outstanding at any point of time shall not exceed Rs 10,000/-. Wallet shall be used only for purchase of goods and services. Fund transfer from wallet to bank accounts and to other wallets shall not be permitted”.
    15. **Full KYC means- “It is a wallet that can hold a maximum of Rs 1,00,000/- at any given point in time. It is issued only when a user successfully completes KYC process in PayZapp.” KYC for PayZapp users who are also HDFC customers is done basis their existing relationship with HDFC Bank.
    16. Customer must be a KYC verified user throughout the offer period i.e. customer has to be KYC registered user during the time of transaction as well as during the time of CashBack/voucher details posting
    17. Customers who are NOT KYC verified and NOT having an active PayZapp Prepaid Card will not be eligible for the offer
    18. Customers must login with their PayZapp registered mobile no to become eligible for the offer
    19. Customers NOT logging with their PayZapp registered mobile no will NOT be eligible for the offer
    20. Customers doing a “Guest Checkout” are not eligible for the offer
    21. This offer is non-encash able, not extendable and non-negotiable
    22. This offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only
    23. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers
    24. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis

    30. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
    31. All decisions by HDFC Bank regarding selection of winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this connection.
    32. Any Government levies / taxes like Sales Tax, TDS, gift tax, road tax, any Local Tax etc. arising out of the same will be borne by the customer.
    33. HDFC Bank is not liable for any delay, non-delivery or shortfall or deficiency or unsatisfactory service/product provided by any participating parties/sponsors.
    34. In case of dispute, PayZapp reserves the right to a final decision on the interpretation of these Terms & conditions
    35. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Chennai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction

     

    Most Important Terms & Conditions

    1. To avail the offer, the customer either needs to have a Valid PAN no updated in PayZapp or should be a HDFC Bank Customer. No cashback to be given if valid PAN is not updated.
    2. A customer can have a maximum of 2 PayZapp registered mobile numbers (2 PayZapp accounts) linked to one PAN.
    3. For all customers with more than 2 PayZapp registered mobile numbers (more than 2 PayZapp accounts) linked to one PAN, incremental accounts will be downgraded to no KYC and customer will not be eligible to avail any cashback/voucher for transactions done through the account(s)
    4. A customer can have a maximum of 3 registered mobile numbers (PayZapp accounts) on one device ID. For customers with more than 3 PayZapp registered mobile numbers (more than 3 accounts) on one device id incremental accounts will be downgraded to no KYC and customer will not be eligible to avail any cashback/voucher for transactions done through the account(s)
    5. A customer cannot do more than 10 commerce transactions per device per day.
    6. A Customer can do up to 10 commerce transactions per device per day. 
    7. A Customer cannot do more than 20 commerce transactions per device per month
    8. A Customer can do up to 20 commerce transactions per device per month. 
    9. Customer will be eligible for the cashback only on successful PayZapp transaction basis offer terms & condition. 
    10. For all cancelled transactions, refund transactions, partial refund transaction Cashback if given to the customer shall be debited from the PayZapp Prepaid card. In case of insufficient balance, PayZapp Prepaid Card will go in negative balance.
    11. For all PayZapp accounts not complying to any of the above terms & conditions, Bank reserves the right to block / downgrade the account to no KYC status as deemed fit. Thus, the customer will not be able to utilize the balance available in PayZapp Prepaid card.
    12. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
    13. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfilment date. Post such date; the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
    14. Any TAT committed with respect to posting of CashBack for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer's query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.
    15. In case of delay in posting or non-posting of CashBack/voucher if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same and have the Reward points/ CashBack/voucher posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C
