1. Enable your HDFC Bank Debit Card for online transactions using the following steps 

A. Via Mycards:

1. Click https://mycards.hdfcbank.com/

2. Login using your registered mobile number

3. Select Debit Cards

4. Click on ""Card Control""

5. Your current ""Domestic"" and ""International"" usage and respective limits will be displayed

6. Switch ""On"" for your desired feature or all of the above

7. Click ""Update Limit"" at the bottom of the page and provide OTP for authentication

B. Via What’s App Banking:

1. Click https://wa.me/+917070022222?text=Hi

2. Send the text “Manage my Debit Card” to the above number

3. Select Domestic or International Usage

4. Select from one of the following and proceed: Merchant outlet (POS), ATM Cash Withdrawal, Online (E-Commerce), Contactless (TAP) and International Usages

5. Click on Enable Limit

6. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number

7. Click on yes please to modify other limits if needed

C. Via Mobile Banking:

1. Login to using your 4-digit PIN, Password or Touch ID

2. Click on ""Menu"" on top left-hand side and a panel will show up

3. Under ""PAY"" select ""Cards""

4. Choose your Debit card

5. Click on ""Show More"" and the panel would expand

6. Click on ""Customise"" link next to ""Limits and Restrictions""

7. Your current ""Domestic"" and ""International"" usage and respective limits will be displayed

8. Switch ""On"" for your desired feature or all of the above

9. Click ""Confirm"" at the bottom of the page

10. Verify your debit card details

D. Via PayZapp

1. Download PayZapp application from Play Store or App Store

2. Login using Mobile Number 

3. Click on ""Accounts & Cards""

4. Click on Cards

5. Select your Debit Card

6. Click on ""Payment Limits""

7. Your current ""Domestic"" and ""International"" usage and respective limits will be displayed

8. Switch ""On"" for your desired feature or all of the above

9. Click ""Save Limits"" at the bottom of the page

E. Via Net Banking

1. Login to https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking  using your Cust ID and net banking password

2. Click on ""Pay"" and Select Cards

3. Under ""Cards"" select ""Debit Cards""

4. Click on "">"" sign

5. Click on ""Customise"" link

6. Your current ""Domestic"" and ""International"" usage and respective limits will be displayed

7. Switch ""On"" for your desired feature or all of the above

8. Click ""Confirm"" at the bottom of the page

9. Verify your debit card details

F. Via EVA Chatbot:

1. Click https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/ways-to-bank/eva

2. Click on ASK EVA at bottom right

3. Click on ""Manage my Debit Card""

4. Enter your registered 10-digit mobile number

5. You will receive an OTP, enter the same

6. Enter your Date of Birth to validate customer details

7. Confirm the last 4 digits of your Debit Card number

8. Your current status for your desired transactions will be displayed as ""Disabled"". You can now ""Enable"" and set the limit

9. Enter OTP

1. Maximum voucher applicable is Rs.300 capped per month per customer during the entire offer period i.e. 12th May'25 - 31st May'25 (Customer is identified as per Customer ID)

2. Voucher for this offer will be shared with all the winners on their bank registered email address only, within 90 days post the offer end date on a best effort basis.

For e.g., for promotional offer done in month of  May'25, voucher will be shared with all eligible winners on or before 31st Aug'25 on best effort basis

3. Following Transactions will not be considered for this offer:

     - Payzapp transactions via HDFC Bank Debit Cards 

     - Smartbuy transactions via HDFC Bank Debit Card

Terms and Condition:

1. Get a voucher worth Rs.300 on a cumulative online spends of Rs. 2,000 & above

2. Offer is only applicable on transactions successfully performed online with your HDFC Bank Debit card 

3. If your HDFC Bank Debit Card is disabled for online usage, enable it by using the steps mentioned in How to Avail Section. 

4. Once the card is enabled for online usage then customer can make any online transaction.

5. Maximum voucher applicable is Rs.300 capped per month per customer during the entire offer period i.e. 12th May'25 - 31st May'25 (Customer is identified as per Customer ID)

6. Offer valid between 12th May'25 - 31st May'25

7. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer eligible on HDFC Bank Debit Card.

8. Offer is not applicable in case of any return / partial cancellations. 

10. Voucher for this offer will be shared with all the winners on their bank registered email address only, within 90 days post the offer end date on a best effort basis.

For e.g. for promotional offer done in month of May 2025, voucher will be shared with all eligible winners on or before 31st Aug'25 on best effort basis. 

11. Any queries/ complaints regarding the offer to be raised only after the end of TAT for voucher fulfilment of 90 days.

12. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 90 days from offer fulfilment date. Post this, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholders.

13. Offer valid for all HDFC Bank Debit Cards apart from Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards.

14. ATM withdrawals will not be considered for the offer.

15. Only approved and validated spend/ transaction / payment / purchase made using HDFC Bank Debit Card shall be eligible for the voucher. Cancelled / Returned Transactions shall not be eligible for this voucher-based offer. No Offer clubbing shall be permitted.

16. Following purchases or payments shall not be considered for the promotional voucher offer

     - Investment/Insurance products

     - Loading of wallets or Payments through wallets

     - Credit card bill payments

     - International transactions 

     - Cash on Delivery

     - Payzapp transactions via HDFC Bank Debit Cards. 

     - Smartbuy transactions via HDFC Bank Debit Card

     - Forex booking, Betting and Gambling based transactions.

     - Funds transfer to another account using Debit Card. 

     - Any fraudulent transaction

17. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.

18. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.

19. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.

20. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.

21. Any TAT committed with respect to receive voucher for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of fulfilment; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.

22. In case of delay in issuance of eligible voucher if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & do the fulfilment within 7 working days if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.

23. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

24. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

25. Valid for Indian Citizens and residents only

26. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

27. Wallet Loads transactions (Including Payzapp Wallet Load) will be excluded from all programs.

28. Categories tagging for winner evaluation will be considered as mentioned by VISA / MasterCard.

29. Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar schemes/offers.

30. HDFC Bank Debit Card Holders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on ‘best effort’ basis.

31. This offer is non-transferable to any other person.

32. Upon fulfilling campaign criteria, a customer qualifies as a winner and will receive a mail with voucher fulfilment details. The customer gets to choose a brand from the available wide variety of brands for voucher redemption. The brands include and are not limited to Amazon, Swiggy, Myntra, Bookmyshow etc subject to availability.Any additional cost for Voucher redemption to be borne by the customer
