• HDFC Bank ForexPlus Card applied with the purpose of travel as “Education” shall only be eligible for the offer. Customers must correctly choose the option under “Purpose of Travel” field at the time of placing application request through online/offline platforms of the banks to be eligible for the Offer. 
• Unique code for redemption shall be sent to the eligible Cardholder(s) within 30 working days from the transaction date.
• The redemption code/ISIC voucher code is non-transferable, non-binding and non-cashable. 
• No substitutions or exchange of the Redemption Code/ISIC voucher code, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Cardholder shall be allowed. However, HDFC Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Redemption Code/ISIC voucher on account of non-availability of Redemption Code/ISIC voucher, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Cardholder. 
• The said validity will be at the sole discretion of HDFC Bank.

2. Can I get multiple vouchers? 
No each card holder will only be eligible for one voucher code.

Definitions: 

• “ISIC” refers to International Student Identidy Card Organization 
• "Card" shall mean a “HDFC Bank Prepaid Multicurrency Forex Card”, “HDFC Bank ISIC Student Prepaid Forex Card”, “HDFC Bank Prepaid MakeMyTrip Multicurrency Forex Card”, “HDFC Bank Prepaid Regalia Forex Card” loaded with the purpose of travel as “Education” only and which has been issued to student travelling abroad for higher education by HDFC Bank Ltd (“HDFC Bank”) branches or through online digital platforms of HDFC Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period. 
•  (equivalent in other currencies) in accordance with the Offer terms and conditions as mentioned above. 
  “Cardholder(s)" or “Customer(s)" shall mean a customer of HDFC Bank (existing & new customers), to whom the facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card. 
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the standard terms and conditions applicable to HDFC Bank Prepaid Forex cards, applicable to your specific variants. 

• “Voucher Code” is a code that will be shared by HDFC Bank, within 30 working days from the transaction date, on the customers registered email ID or mobile number to be used to redeem the ISIC voucher as per the eligibility as mentioned in the offer details.  
• “www.isic.org” is the website for voucher redemption that will be used by eligible Customers to redeem the ISIC voucher code. 
• “Forex rate”/ “Transaction rate” / “Conversion rate” is an exchange rate (also known as a foreign-exchange rate) between two currencies. It is the rate at which one currency will be exchanged for another. It is also regarded as the value of one country's currency in terms of another currency.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction made by using the Card has been cancelled by the merchant establishment prior to settlement with HDFC Bank. 
• Any voucher usage related queries to be raised with ISIC.org

Terms & conditions prescribed by HDFC Bank: 

• ISIC voucher codes are issued by ISIC.org (bank’s associate partner) which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and is authorized by HDFC Bank to issue such voucher code. 
• If a Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder, at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardholder. 
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customers due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customers. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customers. 
• In case a Cardholder refunds or cancels or rejection any load transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the voucher, then the Cardholder shall no more be eligible for the Redemption Code/ISIC voucher. 
• In case of difference between authorized transactions and settled transactions, authorized amount will be considered. 
• In the event any alternative voucher is offered, selection of the same shall be at the sole discretion of HDFC Bank. 
• HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude Cardholder from the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card. 
• No queries shall be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Offer Period. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Voucher shall in no event constitute a claim against HDFC Bank.
• Under no circumstance will the validity of any Voucher(s) will be extended, new Vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Cards/Vouchers. 
• HDFC Bank will not be responsible for the products purchased while using the vouchers and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. 
• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. 
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. 
• All communication/notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed to the nearest HDFC Bank branch. 
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of HDFC Bank shall be final and binding in all respects. 
• The Offer is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such promotion cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

• These terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall be applicable to the HDFC Bank ForexPlus Cardholder participating in the Program who agrees to be bound by the same and shall regulate the provisions of the specified products and services provided by the HDFC Bank. Any cardholder participating in the Offer/Campaign shall be deemed have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and these terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable terms and conditions of any account or any other facility/services offered by the HDFC Bank and/or such other terms and conditions as may be specified by the HDFC Bank.
