    1. Customer will be eligible for a Maximum Cashback of Rs 200 as per the offer eligibility criteria during the entire offer period i.e. from 15th April 2025 till 31st May  2025 (Customer is identified as per Customer ID).

    2. Offer valid from 15th April 2025 till 31st May  2025. 

    3. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer eligible on HDFC Bank Debit Card.

    4. Cashback point proceeds shall be posted to customer's Debit Card linked account within 90 days from the end of qualifying campaign transaction month i.e., if the campaign transaction month ends in April-May 2025, the cashback will be posted on or before 31st August 2025 on best effort basis. 

    5. Customer is required to redeem these cashback points before expiry period of 3 months from the date of posting.

    8. Promotional Cashback points earned will be valid for redemption for 3 months from cashback posting month, post which the same will expire.          - Investment/Insurance products

         - Loading of wallets or Payments through wallets

         - Credit card bill payments

         - International transactions 

         - Cash on Delivery

         - Any fraudulent transaction

         - Any International transaction done via Debit card

    19. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.

    20. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift Cashback availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.

    21. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.

    22. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.

    23. Any TAT committed with respect to receive Cashback for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of fulfilment; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.

    24. In case of delay in posting of Cashback if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & do the fulfilment within 2-3 working days if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.

    25. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

    26. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
