8. Promotional Cashback points earned will be valid for redemption for 3 months from cashback posting month, post which the same will expire. For example, cash back points posted in the month of July 2025 will be valid for redemption till 30th November 2025 post which on 1st December 2025 these points will expire.

9. ATM withdrawals will not be considered for the offer.

10. Any queries/ complaints regarding the offer to be raised only after the end of TAT for Cashback posting TAT of 90 days.

19. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.

20. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift Cashback availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.

21. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.

22. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.

23. Any TAT committed with respect to receive Cashback for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of fulfilment; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. 24. In case of delay in posting of Cashback if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & do the fulfilment within 2-3 working days if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.

25. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

26. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

32. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Cards Members Agreement.

33. HDFC Bank Debit Card Holders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on ‘best effort’ basis.

35. Upon fulfilling campaign criteria's, a customer qualifies as a winner and will receive a mail with Cashback fulfilment details. The customer gets to choose a brand from the available wide variety of brands for Cashback redemption. The brands include and are not limited to Amazon, Swiggy, Myntra , Bookmyshow etc subject to availability. Any additional cost for Cashback redemption/validation to be borne by the customer.
