Get voucher on your HDFC Bank Purchase Card by spending the respective amount and doing minimum transactions as per the details communicated over mail on all spends excluding Cash withdrawals.

1. Offer applicable subject to spending the required amount and doing minimum number of transactions as communicated over email by HDFC Bank.
2. Offer 1 is applicable for first 30 days of card issuance and offer 2 is applicable for first 90 days of card issuance. Both the offers are applicable for all the HDFC Bank Commercial Purchase card effective 1^st Sep’2021
3. The customer will be declared eligible for 1^st offer if both the conditions are met within the campaign period.
4. The customer will be declared eligible for 2^nd offer only if he/she spends the minimum amount as communicated over email by HDFC Bank
5. The ask amount in offer 2 is inclusive of amount mentioned in offer 1 which means that whatever amount the customer is spending from the card in first 90 days will be considered for offer 2. Cash withdrawal will not be considered as valid spends in this campaign.
6. Offer applicable on transactions done between the date as specified in the mail on all HDFC Bank Purchase Credit Cards mapped to the given Relationship no.
7. Offer is valid only during the timelines as communicated over email from HDFC Bank
8. Spends considered for calculations would be net of reversals and refunds, all spends will be considered. Only cash withdrawal will be excluded while computing the qualifiers.
9. Reversed /cancelled transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this Voucher calculation.
10. Gift vouchers to eligible customers would be released via email or as may be decided by the Bank.
11. HDFC Bank may decide, due to any eventuality or otherwise, to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, or to withdraw it altogether by giving prior intimation,
12. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
13. Vouchers will be posted or delivered to eligible customer account within 90 days of offer end date
14. Spends on cards whose account have been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the Program, or when the gift is to be collected, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.
15. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a 'best effort' basis.
16. This offer is non-cashable, non-convertible, not extendable and non-negotiable.
17. All queries with regards to the cash back / Reward points/ Voucher Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 90 days from the offer end date – post which the Bank is not liable for any offer.
18. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
19. HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Cardholder/s from the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
20. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
21. Above offers is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Purchase card holders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Corporate / card member agreement. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Corporate / Card members Agreement.
22. Spend done on Purchase card issued under specified relationship will only be considered and payout would be made post the campaign period.
23. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Chennai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
